Framework contract for provision of travel, accommodation and related services
The services under this framework contract shall include the following (non-exhaustive list):
— organising individual or group travel for EIGE's staff and/or external experts including preparing itineraries, schedules, different travel options, checking flight availability, airline companies, prices (including ‘low-cost’ air fares), etc.,
— provision of any travel-related information deemed necessary, e.g. regarding strikes or natural hazards, etc.,
— issuing of transport tickets (air, rail, sea, bus) for the most cost-effective and convenient trips at the best available market price,
— provision of accommodation at the best possible rates, issuance of hotel vouchers and any other services related to accommodation,
— upon EIGE's request, production of detailed statistics, reports, listing all the transactions carried out,
— other.
