In the Financial offer form under the Standard submission forms the amount EUR 50 000 - EUR 60 000 00 under the Title: Other costs must be deleted.
The amount referred in the submission form under the Title other costs of EUR 50 000-60 000 must not be considered at all by the candidates due to a clerrical error. The candidates must pay attention in the fact that in accordance with the tender specifications only the translation expenses, preparatory work, attendance, travel and accommodation costs, expert's fees (from the contractor's side) and any other possible administrative costs related to the meetings shall be included in the financial offer form. All other practicalities will be covered by the EIGE’s Event organisation contract and not under the budget of this contract. The mentioned price is incorrect and each tenderer shall submit their own budget for the contract not based on that amount.
