Study on the economic benefits of gender equality in the European Union (European Institute for Gender Equality)
The study to be carried out under this contract shall map and consolidate policy-relevant research findings on the contribution of gender equality towards a smart, sustainable and inclusive growth model in the EU. EIGE seeks to generate robust evidence on the macroeconomic and social benefits that enhanced gender equality provides to the EU Member States and the EU as a whole. Study on area A of the Beijing Platform for Action — women and poverty (European Institute for Gender Equality)
The aim of the study is to produce a report on the current stage of implementation of the strategic objectives formulated in area A of the BPfA: women and poverty, providing a review of the agreed indicators in area A and highlighting the situation of those groups that can face a higher risk of poverty (single parents, migrants, Roma).
